Pernand Vergelesses 1999 Olivier Leflaive

This is one of my favourite white value Burgundy wines. I love the name, very elegant sounding. The wine is taking on concentrated flavours with age, a great dinner wine or simply drink as an aperitif.

Food and Wine Pairing: Famous Angel Inn moneybags, filo pastry parcels with off cuts of fish and a julienne of vegetables served on a lobster sauce.
