Chablis Premier Cru "Fourchaumes" 2006 Jean Durup
Durup is a master wine maker, whatever the weather. Wonderful concentration of fruit with a complex mineral finish. Probably my favourite of the Premier Cru Vineyards in Chablis.

What temperature to serve white wine at?
If the wine has been in the fridge over night take it out an hour before serving and let it start to come back to room temperature.
